I came back from vacation to noises in the attic. I called late Saturday evening, expecting to leave a message, and Jay answered. He was here the next day to inspect and the following day to set traps for a raccoon. Once in the clear he came back to set additional traps. They sealed my house to prevent any future entry. He will not leave you until the job is completely finished. Would highly recommend and is the only company I’d call if I have any issues like this again. He goes above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. He also has hardworking, kind, and knowledgeable workers. Great job, guys!
Jay is a top notch individual that kept us informed throughout the whole process. I’m so glad i went with Magnolia Wildlife they came right on in secured my place quickly and effectively. Upon inspection we already had an understanding of what needed to be done and he executed the plan to the T. Communication was always on point if i had any questions he was happy to answer them. I contacted the company to inquire about services for snakes. My husband and I came home one evening and saw two snakes outside our door. I spoke with Jay during the initial call on Tuesday and he was extremely nice. He was professional, knowledgeable and prompt with assisting me. He took the time to explain what kind of snakes I had and if they were venomous or not. On Wednesday morning my concerns were addressed and the quality of service was REMARKABLE. Kyle was the gentleman who serviced my home and he was professional as well. We had raccoons they were getting in our building and made a nest. We couldn’t get rid of them before we called, magnolia wildlife solutions. He caught five of them in a little over a week. He even came out on a Sunday to retrieve one of them. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend to everybody!
Magnolia Wildlife Solutions was friendly, quick, and great service! I called about a copper head snake that made its way into my garage and within 40 minutes he was able to make it out and capture it! After noticing we had a critter or critters of some sort in the attic, we started our internet search for a removal solution. We came across Magnolia Wildlife solutions. The response time was FAST, the pricing was FAIR and the service was PROFESSIONAL. They fixed our problem promptly and we are happy we chose Magnolia Wildlife.
The communication from the time I reached out thru the time to finish the project was great. They showed up everyday bright and early and worked hard the whole time they sealed our home and shared what they were doing and how long it would take. The young men were kind and respectful. Great solution to a bad problem Raccoons were causing havoc in my attic The noise was irritating ,and the “face to face “ meeting at the top of the stairs was terrifying! Without much interruption to my home- animal trap cages were placed and checked. In the meantime repairs to attic entrance areas and others beneath the house were made The professional staff made the situation flow smoothly I would definitely call them again, but certainly hope that I won’t need to
Jay is awesome. Highly recommend. Jay came to my residence multiple times to catch some baby skunks ravishing my yard and keeping us from enjoying our backyard. Took a little longer due to skunks being nocturnal and unpredictable but Jay keep his word and capture both without harming them or stinking up our backyard. 5 star service

FINALLY a service company that really cares! Jay did exactly what he said he would when he said he would and followed up. He explained everything and why it was necessary. We had a family of flying squirrels who made our house the Hilton hotel. Jay helped us get rid of them and we had the “cage” put around our house. So glad we called him!!

I had a family of raccoons living in my attic. They were trapped and removed in about a week. I think that Jay was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did everything that he said he would. He repaired and sealed entry points and enzyme treated my attic. I can sleep through the night now since the raccoons are gone. I'm very pleased with the results and I recommend their services. I highly recommend Magnolia Wildlife Solutions. I arrived home to find two 2-3 foot snakes surrounded my front door. I was petrified!!!!😬 It wouldn’t have been a issue until my daughter opened the garage door to bypass the snakes. Once she did they separated and one slithered into my garage underneath my car. I figured I’ll never drive again. I had no clue who to call considering it was after hours and everyone was closed for the evening. I looked up magnolia wildlife solutions and Jay was there within 20 minutes. He searched every inch of my garage, attic, and even the hood of my car to locate the slithering creatures. He went above and beyond to put my mind at ease and was very informative and knowledgeable about the breed and habitat of that particular snake. We heard a noise in our attic and really thought we had a mice problem. Jay came out very quickly and did a thorough investigation. Look I called another company for birds in my soffit and they sent the "CRITTER" folks out and dude aka THE CABLE GUY (if you've seen the movie you get the idea lol) was in my house sitting comfortably, even said "it feels good in here and this chair is so comfortable, I don't want to leave". Asking me where I work where my wife works. Asking all kinds of questions and tried to charge me twice what Magnolia quoted me. Dude was so unprofessional. I crawled back to Magnolia and I'm SO happy I did. The level of professionalism is Super Saiyan like. If you need something removed or need to keep something from getting in CALL THEM...you will not regret it. 10/10

On behalf of Southern Reins Center for Equine Therapy, I cannot say enough about the wonderful services provided by Jay and Magnolia Wildlife Solutions. We experienced a unique situation with a family of foxes who decided to make their residence in the crawl space of our office building. Jay went over and above to resolve the problem by enclosing the crawlspace areas where they were entering, removing all of the vapor barrier (7,800sf) and installing new vapor barrier, and spraying an enzyme treatment. He was always on time, professional and courteous, and took a genuine interest in resolving the problem over and above our satisfaction. We have him on speed dial should we ever encounter any more 'wildlife' issues. If we could give a 10-Star Review for Magnolia Wildlife, we would!
Had an issue with squirrels and mice etc. Heard positively from a friend about Jay so I called him and he was here right away. Did a complete and thorough inspection and then fixed my home to keep everything out. Very professional, thorough, always communicated and was always on time. Had a small additional issue months later and Jay came back and fixed this issue immediately at no additional cost. Very hard to find people who care and work hard but Jay is one of them. As new homeowners we did not consider the dangers of snakes on our roof and flying squirrels building tunnels and nests in our attic. We were unsure of what to do and stressed about the safety of our small dog and new puppy. Jay from Magnolia Wildlife Solutions arrived quickly to our house, thoroughly inspected our attics and roof, physically showed us the tunnels, and explained the dangers of fire hazards and feces buildup. I was on the way to buy snake repellent because I saw a small snake in my yard while pulling weeds. I saw the truck with advertising on it and called the number from my car, sent Jay a picture which he said was a juvenile copperhead, very venomous. He was at my house within the hour. He inspected the yard, trees, landscaping, patio grills etc. and even my garage. He even moved bags of mulch where the snake had gone under. Thankfully the snake was gone. Beavers were totally destroying my pond. We were losing a new tree every few days. An amateur trapper came out and had a little luck but we still had a huge beaver problem (8+). Magnolia came out, set some beaver traps, and within a few days, pulled out the largest beaver I have ever seen! We were super happy to say "goodbye".

These guys are professional and friendly. They listen to you and figure out the best plan to remove the wildlife (for us it was raccoons) and then they make a prevention plan so once removed more wildlife doesn’t come back. Very fair prices. Great response times. Careful of your home and property. They efficiently inspected our home for places rodents could get in or have gotten in, setup shop to remove the raccoons and then did a professional job sealing what needed sealing on the house for wildlife prevention. We had a dead deer in the vacant lot next to our house, which was attracting several birds in the top of my house. I contacted Magnolia Wildlife Solutions and they came right out and removed the deer (very cleanly too) and the birds are gone! They were professional and efficient. I highly recommend their services!!!
Jay went above and beyond! I thought I heard foot steps in our attic so he came out to assess. He was completely honest and said that he didn’t see anything. He checked for any access points and helped me figure out it was shingle noises. He even went above and beyond to help me get in contact with a roofer! His professionalism and honesty were so nice and I will definitely recommend him and call on him if I ever need his services.
